胚胎技术平台主管
2007-2011美国德州农工大学生物医学博士,研究SRF指导的microRNA在心脏发育过程中的调控作用;
2011-2013美国德州大学MD Anderson癌症中心博士后,2013-2018清华大学医学院博士后,从事右室心律失常性心肌病(ARVC)和自身免疫病的机制研究;
2018-2023加入中山大学附属第七医院科研中心任助理研究员和基础医学教研室教学秘书,研究肿瘤免疫和血液疾病;
2023.04至今加入深圳医学科学院动物实验中心担任胚胎技术平台主管。
提供各种动物遗传模型包括转基因、基因敲除、基因敲入特别是Cas9基因编辑的咨询、构建与技术开发服务,致力于应用并优化CRISPR/Cas9技术来快速、高效、低成本的构建基因编辑小鼠包括基因敲除、基因突变和转基因小鼠等,模拟各种人类疾病的发生、发展和治疗,构建疾病动物模型用于病理、药理的研究;协调和指导胚胎技术平台日常动物遗传保种含生物净化、精子冻存与复苏、胚胎冻存与复苏、快速扩繁等工作。
主持中国博士后科学基金和深圳市科创委基金各1项,参与国自然及省级项目6项;已经在Nature Immunology、Immunity、Protein & cell、Frontiers in Immunology等杂志发表SCI论文16篇,IF10分以上论文1篇,IF20分以上论文3篇,其中作为第一作者和通讯作者发表了SCI论文6篇。
