BLI uses the principle of optical interferometry to monitor the refractive index changes caused by the binding or dissociation of biofilms to target molecules, enabling real-time monitoring of biomolecule-to-molecule interactions.
1. Detection sample object: small molecule compounds, DNA, peptides, proteins, oligosaccharides or oligonucleotides, cells, viruses or bacteria; serum/plasma/cell lysate/cell supernatant/tissue homogenate and other crude samples;
2. Detection mode: non-destructive detection, sample recyclable;
3. Fishing function: It can automatically fish and enrich the molecules bound to the target protein for subsequent mass spectrometry identification;
4. Instrument throughput: 8 syringes; 0.6mm Sensor diameter;
5. Concentration range: 0.05μg/ml-2000μg/ml;
6. Association constant range (Kon): 103-107M-1S-1;
7. Dissociation constant range (Koff): 10-6-10-1 S-1;
8. Baseline noise: ≤0.003 nm; Data acquisition rate: 2Hz, 5Hz, 10Hz;
9. Sample shaking range: 0 ~ 1500 rpm;
10. Temperature control: 15°C-40°C;
11. Thermodynamic data results include: enthalpy change and entropy change;
12. Multi-parameter data results include: KD, Kd, Ka, Kobs, Rmax, Req, R2, X2 and other parameters.
It mainly analyzes the interaction between proteins, nucleic acids, lipids, antibodies and antigens, peptides, sugars, small molecule compounds, natural product extracts, nanomaterials, viruses, bacteria and cells, and quantitatively calculates the molecular binding affinity, kinetic constant, affinity constant, and concentration of bound proteins.
