9.Equipped with a live cell incubator.

1.Nikon's advanced NSPARC spatial array detector offers super-resolution confocal imaging capabilities, enabling high spatial resolution imaging of tissue sections and live cells with fluorescent labels, and delivers clear and sharp multi-layer Z-plane structures. It also achieves high signal-to-noise ratio imaging for 3D observation of thick samples, such as brain nerves, organoids, and organ chips.

2.The label-free module uses 360-degree laser rotational scanning to obtain quantitative three-dimensional physical refractive index (RI) imaging inside cells. It enables rapid super-resolution acquisition of 3D internal structures of cells without labeling or damaging the sample, with ultra-low phototoxicity and no photobleaching. It can clearly visualize subcellular structures or functional regions within cells, such as mitochondria, lipid droplets, nuclear membranes, nucleoli, and cell membranes. The system supports high-throughput, high-content imaging and is compatible with confocal dishes, 12-well plates, 24-well plates, and 96-well plates.
