2. Scanning unit: Maximum scanning range 20x20mm; Maximum scanning speed of a single axis 250mm/s; 3D imaging time in a 0.9x0.9mm field of view ≤ 13s; Maximum XY resolution 1um; Digital resolution of the scanning axis 0.1um;
3. Adjustable laser beam expansion and collimation; Electrically adjustable laser power to meet different imaging laser energy requirements;
4. Detection system: Ultrasonic transducer frequency 50MHz; Signal depth ≥ 10mm; Signal-to-noise ratio ≥ 40dB; Special classic achromatic transmissive reflective photoacoustic probe, multi-mode photoacoustic probe available; Sample placement space ≥ 650mm x 250mm x 400mm;

Metabolism analysis function module: High-resolution imaging and quantitative analysis of blood oxygen saturation, including data acquisition, image reconstruction, quantitative statistics required for the 532/515 dual-wavelength method for blood oxygen saturation detection; High-resolution imaging and quantitative analysis of blood flow velocity, including 532nm wavelength high-resolution high-speed image acquisition module, data reconstruction, quantitative statistics, etc.; High spatial resolution oxygen metabolism rate imaging and measurement module.
The Insight-RSPAM3 laser scanning photoacoustic microscope is a systematic product of multimodal high-resolution photoacoustic solutions for small animals, featuring multiple technological breakthroughs in various fields and industry leadership.
1. Equipped with an ultra-high-resolution imaging module, it achieves ultra-high resolution, enhancing the resolution by nearly a hundred times compared to traditional ultrasound imaging.
2. Leading functional imaging, including high-resolution imaging and quantitative analysis of blood oxygen saturation, blood flow velocity, and oxygen metabolism rate, for high-resolution structural analysis.
3. Visible light unmarked structural imaging, providing a platform for microvascular, melanin, and non-specific tissue structure analysis, making it an important tool for targeted research in disease animal models.
4. Ultra-high-resolution near-infrared zone one and zone two marking imaging, solving the problem of low resolution in traditional small animal live imaging of near-infrared zone one and zone two.
5. Ultrasound fusion multimodal imaging, breaking through the previous single-modal solution of ultrasound, integrating with photoacoustic technology to explore fundamental scientific issues in a deeper way.
