2.Filters: 525/40; 580/40; 620/30; 670/30; 710/40; and 780/40.
3.Scattering light detection sensitivity: SSC <30 nm polystyrene beads.
4.Detectable particle size: 7–1000 nm (depending on the sample).
5.Fluorescence sensitivity: AF488 <10, PE <1 (using green laser excitation).
6.Acquisition rate: ≤10,000 events/min.
It enables rapid acquisition of multiple parameters, including particle size and distribution, concentration, and biochemical markers, in a single assay. This capability meets the requirements of diverse research systems such as exosomes, viruses, nanodrugs, and vaccines. Additionally, it facilitates studies on the correlation between natural biological nanoparticles—such as the cellular microenvironment, bacteria, and subcellular organelles—and disease diagnosis and treatment. This advancement promotes the development of early tumor screening methods and novel drug research.
