4. The ÄKTA pure (micro) collector features a micro-volume UV flow cell with an internal volume of 2.6 μL.
5. The ÄKTA pure (micro) collector features a micro-volume conductivity flow cell with an internal volume of 5.4 μL.
6. The ÄKTA pure (micro) collector is compatible with four 50 mL collection tubes and two multi-well plates (accommodating 24/48/96-well deep-well plates); the 24-well deep-well plate can hold 1.5 mL or 2 mL centrifuge tubes.
7. The ÄKTA pure (micro) collector is equipped with a micro-volume collection dropper, achieving a minimum drop volume of 8 μL/drop under pure water conditions; the internal volume of the micro-volume collection dropper is 1 μL.
Target molecules can be reliably and repeatedly purified from a small volumn of starting samples, such as intact proteins, protein complexes, and nucleic acids, to prepare samples for cryo-electron microscopy experiments.
