1. Detection Principle:Utilizes ultrasonic resonance technology to analyze cell-cell and cell-biomolecule adhesion forces at the single-cell level; characterizes the overall interaction strength between cells and between cells and biomolecules through cellular avidity measurements.
2. Cell Throughput:Simultaneous analysis of 400–600 cells per sample run.
3. Detection Resolution:Single-cell resolution; the system real-time records the interaction force magnitude (pN) and relative positional changes of individual cells during dissociation.
4. Single Assay Time:≤20 minutes.
5. Data Processing:Pre-installed data processing software; rapid establishment and modification of experimental protocols; real-time automated data acquisition; real-time digital and graphical data display.
6. Mechanical Separation Point Detection:Each single-cell pair's avidity separation point can be analyzed across three dimensions: temporal, spatial, and mechanical.
7. Force Detection Range:0–1000 pN.
8. Force Resolution:0.1 pN.
9. Force Repeatability:≥90%.
10. Objective/Magnification:10×/6.25×.
11. Fluorescence Detection Wavelength Range:660–750 nm.
12. Bright-field/Fluorescence Imaging Frame Rate:5 Hz.
13. Capable of measuring overall cell-cell avidity with bispecific antibody involvement.
14. Capable of measuring interaction forces between tumor cell extracellular matrix and effector cells.
Used for measuring the overall interaction strength between cells (or between cells and biomolecules) at the single-cell level, to characterize cell functions (such as T cells, NK cells, CAR-T cells, etc.) and biomolecule functions (such as bispecific antibodies, etc.) under near-physiological conditions.
