1. Detection System:4 high-speed single-photon fluorescence counting detectors (2 measurement points × 2 colors), signal acquisition frequency ≥100 Hz.
2. Imaging System:Built-in CCD camera for cell imaging, used for cell capture confirmation, enabling single-cell capture.
3. Sample Injection Pump:Pump speed 20–500 μL/min, adjustable; minimum injection volume 25 μL; automatic cell resuspension prior to injection.
4. Autosampler:Equipped with automatic sampler, compatible with 96-well or 384-well plates; simultaneously accommodates 12 × 1.5 mL and 3 × 10.0 mL tubes.
5. Sample Temperature Control Range:4°C–40°C.
6. Chip Handling:Automated chip loading, with capacity for 5 chips per loading.
7. Dual-Color Fluorescence Detection Channels:Green (525–575 nm) and red (655–685 nm).
8. Cell Compatibility:Broad cell type compatibility, including live cells and fixed cells; cell size range: 6–25 µm.

Data Analysis Software:Software can perform curve fitting based on signals and automatic multi-parameter analysis, including association rate constant (k<sub>), dissociation rate constant (k<sub>), biphasic k<sub> analysis, binding stability/half-life (t<sub>), dissociation constant (K<sub>), Affinity, and Avidity, etc.
Combines biophysical measurement principles with cell counting to provide automated analysis of binding kinetics, dissociation kinetics, affinity, and avidity. Utilizes microfluidic chips to capture single cells; after labeled molecules bind to cell surfaces, laser excitation is applied, and the signal detection device collects signal changes, converting optical signals into electrical signals. The dynamic changes in signals reflect the binding capability of labeled molecules to proteins on the cell surface. Analyte types include: cell surface proteins, transmembrane proteins (GPCRs, ion channels, etc.), peptides, monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, DNA, RNA, LNA, PNA, small molecules (peptides, oligonucleotides, compounds, hormones, etc.), viruses, VLPs, liposomes, etc.
